The building offers a superb backdrop to your wedding day with stone walls reclaimed from the old farmhouse and before that Garstangs Greenhalgh Castle, the real fire in the hotel reception just adds to the country house feel and even though the hotel is branded Best Western the hotel remains family owned and professional managed ensuring the guests remain our first priority.

We will ensure that the tables are set exactly as you request, the flowers are in colours to match your scheme, and we promise to work tirelessly to make sure everything on your day runs smoothly.

To ensure we can live up to all our promises and make your day special we guarantee exclusivity to all our wedding bookings. This ensures the little things like flexibility on timings, only one bride in the building, no need to share the award winning gardens and fight for space with other parties and photographers, free to use confetti and dedicated management and staffing for you and your guests. This also allows a more bespoke wedding for you as you are not restricted by the inflexibility of the venue or other parties.

The Hotel not only makes and idyllic setting but the gardens can provide the perfect backdrop for your photos. With a gazebo and pagoda sharing the lawn with the old trees and colourful beds on one side and the golf course, trees and daffodil maze on the other it is no wonder we are a hugely popular venue with our couples. It is not only our weddings that appreciate the gardens in 2010 we were once again awarded the RHS Gold Award in the North West in Bloom Large Accommodation category and have since followed that up with Silver Gilt awards in the last two years .
