Garstang golf centre boasts many facilities to compliment the beautiful golf course all of which are designed and managed to provide value without comprimse for golfers of all abilities. With a team of PGA pros from tour winners to England representatives Garstang golf centre provides the facilities to develope your game.
The 300 yard floodlit driving range is open from the early hours to 8:00pm every day of the year. There are 17 bays and a practice bunker using course balls to best simulate your ball strike on the course. As well as yardage markers the range offers many target zones to aim for to practice your lofted shots to the greens.
A dedicated large bay added to our driving range where you can have your clubs and balls matched to your swing. If you have ever felt that your swing is right but your ball slices or hooks off direction well your club or ball might not suit your stance, height or style our resident pros can help by assessing your swing and help find the right club and ball for you.
We have created a dedicated short course to refine your short game each hole varies from 50 to 100 yards long. Each hole has a green and flag to aim for a facility which gives the golfer the chance to practice that crucial second shot to the green.
Alongside the driving range a room has been dedicated to practicing your putting with the help of our PGA Pro's you can use the tools and gadgets available to refine your putting action indoors on our artificial green.
New for 2010 our 100 square metre practice green provides an area for course users to familierise themselves with the pace and undulating challenges of some of the courses greens.
Our newly extended Pro Shop is stocked with the latest brands of clothing, shoes and equipment from Under Armour and Proquip to Footjoy and Motocaddy.
The range of everyday items include FJ gloves, Titielist Pro V1 and Srixon balls. The pro shop is now open everyday from 7am til late evening. Should it be for your own use or a present for a friend call in and shop at your leisure
Our 18 hole par 68 course was designed by PGA master professional Richard Bradbeer in 1991 and has matured to be one of Lancashires finest courses. The course offers a challenge to all abilities without being too punishing on the wayward drive or your legs due to the flowing nature of the course.
