BEST WESTERN Garstang Country Hotel - Conference and Banqueting suites

At Garstang we have 8 function rooms adaptive for the needs of the user and provide a modern faciliated conference facilities, meeting room, exhibition space or banqueting venue. All of our suites have natural daylight and many have air conditioning  and high ceilings proviiding a light environment for the delegates and guests alike.

All our suites are named after the borough and some of its wards.


First floor rooms


 Dimples Suite

Our largest suite ideal for exhibitions, banquets, awards ceremonies and lectures.


Barnacre Suite

With adjacent lounge this room provides an excellent room for training sessions or meetings. The lounge provides a breakout area within the suite.


Bleasdale room

 Our largest conference room reccomended for the larger training sessions and meetings.


 Brock room

Refurbished and expanded in 2010 to improve our confence facilities. Ideal for mid sized training sessions and meetings.


Groundfloor rooms


Kingfisher suite

This dining area and adjacent lounge is preffered as a banqueting suite and for conference lunches however this tastefully decorated room can be flexible to the needs of the user.





Kirkland suite

This room was purpose built for wedding ceremonies however it's panoramic views and high ceilings makes it one of our most popular rooms for all purposes.


Kirkland / Kingfisher lounge

Tastefully decorated with leather sofas and wicker furniture the hotel lounge adjoins the Kingfisher and Kirkland rooms and can service both with a bar or breakout area for conferences.



Calder room

Our smallest conference room is reccomended for use as a private dining area for small groups and for smaller meetings.
