When people hear the word "bespoke", they think "high price". That's not the case with us!
Due to the experience of our staff, and flexibility our hotel offers in the range of rooms and facilities on site. There are a number of elements that can be customised including but not limited to the following:
Ceremonies
If you would like to host your Civil Ceremony or Partnership at the Hotel, we have three licensed rooms, each with a red carpet in the aisle and flowers of your choosing included you can make your vows in a beautiful setting and then have exclusive use of our wonderful sweeping staircase and stunning gardens for your photos.
Wedding Breakfast
You can make your Wedding Breakfast as formal or relaxed as you wish; we can help you with menu options and table arrangements to find the perfect balance, giving you a day you will enjoy and treasure.
If you wish, our wedding concierge team will advise you on who gives the speeches and how to time everything to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable day.
Drink Packages
We offer a selection of drink packages designed to satisfy all tastes. We can also create packages bespoke to you and your guests from our wide selection of wines, beers, and spirits.
Also, be sure to speak to our team about unique ways to make your wedding memorable, such as our option to "Build a Beer," where you can choose your own hand-pull beer from a local supplier. We will create a unique pump head display for you to take away after the event. Beer mats can also be created just for you.
Evening Reception
Whether you have 50 or 300 guests, we have the perfect venue for you. Our bar and DJ are at your disposal through to 1am, and our expert team is on hand to make sure the evening goes off without a hitch whilst ensuring the food and drinks keep flowing.
We offer a variety of different menus and can provide all of those little extra touches like mirrors and T-lights to create a magical atmosphere.
Catering
You are welcome to bring your own catering / caterers whilst using the facilities at The Garstang Hotel as well as our staff throughout your special day. Please speak to a member of our team for more information.
